Soulwave 3: Planetary Leadership, is about embodying your soul as a powerful presence in the world, which we call the Soul-based Elder. You will apply your soulwave Meltdown skills, to fulfill your true soul purpose, and become a Planetary Leader in the highest and most fulfilling way. Who should hold power and influence here on earth? The Media? Those with big weapons? We’ve been there and done that! How about YOU? Yes, You! A being who is on a path of conscious self-evolution, embracing values of love, peace, justice and tolerance of all diversity. Why should people who are on a journey to bring through more light be powerless, struggling, broke and/or ridiculed by the mainstream? And even if you’re currently succeeding in the world, are you ready to show up as who you really are and have an effect?

You will experience an acceleration which you can direct according to your choices about where you want to go in life. Or maybe you will find that you are being directed!

There is a form of true leadership, a flavor of presence, that can come through you when you are fully embodying your soul. You become a true Elder, whatever your age, instead of some kind of leader who is trying to be one-up because of unresolved fear or competition. This new kind of leadership is not a communication style or a new set of shoulder pads. Nor is it a particular job, although many people who experience this kind of shift graduate towards some kind of service-oriented work, at least some of the time.

Who would you be if you were manifesting your full self? How powerful are you willing to become? You will explore your fears, judgments and concepts around power, and discover the deep, authentic power that is released when your fears and fear-based “mini-me’s” are melted down with the loving support of a bonded group of fellow-travellers. It is not about becoming the lone Messiah. You will be challenged to finally become the one you always wanted to be when you grew up. The real growing up, to become a soul-based Elder is quite different from hungering to attain some dominant identity of so-called power (which is just a ruse to heal childhood wounds of inadequacy).

You will learn powerful tools to integrate the fragmented parts of your soul, like the Tyrannical Inner Child and Parent, and you will find that your own soul, the Elder, seems to walk right into you and start guiding things in the best possible way.. Being a soul-based Elder is all about relationship, and you will learn the radical new Soulwave Tsunami Process that converts any stuck energies of anger, resentment and non-forgiveness into freedom and power. If you have been trying to achieve forgiveness, this is good news, as much forgiveness work is a spiritual bypass that just pushes the wounds farther down, without really creating a soul-level release.

Soulwave Three: Planetary Leadership won't tell you what your particular task is, but it WILL wake you up, accelerate your journey, and bring you perhaps closer than you have ever been to gathering your courage, focus and inspired brilliance, to achieve escape velocity from your past limitations and habits, and REMEMBER and ENTER YOUR FUTURE!

The training will ruthlessly help you strip away many of the most common patterns that keep people out of their real life purpose fulfillment for lifetimes. You may not like parts of the training if you have another agenda like, becoming more popular in a particular field, or habits of control. The purpose of the work is real change, so don't come if you're perfect.

However, do move heaven and earth to come if you feel guided to hire the help of the soulwave in getting yourself back on the track of your life purpose. If you feel you know what your purpose is, the work will take you to the next level of it, perhaps uncovering invisible limitations or habitual loops that were slowing you down.
