We accept payments in cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All transactions are in US Dollars. For foreign customers, the transaction will be based on $US at the rate based on our merchant services provider. Please keep a copy of your receipt containing payment and registration details.
Our online registration service provider, SPORG.com, provides SSL security. All transactions on the sporg.com asite are secure. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology is the industry-standard protocol for secure, Web-based communications. In addition, Sporg has a number of firewall layers between the sporg.com database and the outside world so your data is secure as well. On top of that, any credit card information is not stored in our database.
Refund Policy
If you cancel more than one week from the start of the training, you will receive a full refund minus administrative fee or full course credit. If you cancel within a week of the training, you will receive a partial refund or course credit, that will be determined on a case by case basis.

We do not send, spam, or sell email addresses. Any information we collect from you will be kept private.
Sporg.com's privacy policy:
1. Accountability: We are accountable and responsible for personal information under our control and have designated an individual (privacy@sporg.com) who is accountable for our compliance with these principles.
2. Identifying Purposes: SPORG.com is a service provider and collects registration, donation/fundraising and ticket information on behalf of customer organizations. Any "personal information" collected by SPORG.com is identified on registration form(s) that an individual fills out themselves. Each individual who fills out a registration form is notified at or before the time the information is collected.
For example: To purchase a product (such as a registration, membership) or make a donation on the SPORG.com site, you may be required to provide personal information such as name, address and contact information. Other information, specific to the actual registration, membership or donation may also be required (such as age or gender). You will also be asked to provide payment information such as credit card numbers.
3. Consent: Before any personal information is collected, used or disclosed, the person in question will be notified and give their consent, except when inappropriate. When you register, donate or purchase a product on our site, you have granted us permission to release the information you entered to the organization or person to whom you were registering, donating or purchasing product from. Before personal information is submitted to SPORG.com and stored, you are presented with a "consent" check box and link to this privacy policy, at which time you may accept or decline to have your information submitted.
